My surgery has been canceled three times. I have kidney stones they tell you the day before your surgery it has to be canceled. Lack of communication. I wouldn’t advise anybody to go here. They tell you the day before that they don’t accept your insurance and then they tell you have to pay $30,000 upfront. I needed a refill on my prescription and doctor wouldn't refill without blood work and another visit. No problem... so I thought. A lady from Georgia Urology called me and said I needed to get blood work done ahead of visit. I asked could I go to Quest in Demorest, GA. She said, "Sure. Go anywhere you want and tell them to send us the lab work." So I got to Quest and was told that I needed orders before they could take blood samples. I tried calling today to see if I could get a procedure scheduled sooner at another location. You can’t get a hold of anyone. When I finally was able to talk with someone they said someone would call me back but that didn’t happen. Also, I know my labs are in but they are not on the portal yet. I left a message asking about that also and no answer. After reading all the reviews I am concerned. I need to have communication.
Staff will not give you needful information about rescheduling appt. Dr Stanley was very informative. Put on hold 10 minutes I called back. Very rude receptionist.
Went to the 4pm to 9pm late service. Not happy
