You can not get through to anyone with this phone number. I called to get the order for my MRI like Dr. Ludwig advised me, and the AI said it's a 7 minute wait. It's been 56 mins and counting. The front office was supposed to call the hospital to order the MRI for me 3 WEEKS AGO! I called the hospital today because I thought I was waiting on them to call me (like the Canton front office told me) only to find out that the office NEVER called it in. My husband was diagnosed in March after a very frustrating time between the office people talking with the imaging department! They dont talk to each other. We were told 6 months ago we didn’t have 4 months to play around. Well things have become contradictory from the doctor’s conversation to those ladies in the office that look busy. I had a very frustrating experience with Georgia Urology related to billing transparency. I received a payment request with no explanation of what the charge was for. After calling twice and speaking with a supervisor, I was told the charge was for the physician portion of my upcoming surgery, separate from the hospital billing. That part is understandable.
