My husband was diagnosed in March after a very frustrating time between the office people talking with the imaging department! They dont talk to each other. I had a very frustrating experience with Georgia Urology related to billing transparency. I received a payment request with no explanation of what the charge was for. After calling twice and speaking with a supervisor, I was told the charge was for the physician portion of my upcoming surgery, separate from the hospital billing. That part is understandable. I just want to say how awesome my surgery scheduler Jill has been! I’ve had phone issues, had to reschedule multiple times, and she has been so accommodating. I was in so much pain and she did her best to get me in as soon as she could..and she asks how I’m feeling every time!
First off I’d like to say this rating is based clearly on the accounts department not the doctors or medical staff in the Canton location. I am a stage 3 bladder & stage 2 prostate cancer survivor thanks to Dr Gonzales and his team; first and foremost. At the end of February first of March 2025 Dr G wanted to do another cystoscopy to go into my new NEO bladder to have a check up.
