They are so slow been here for almost 2 hours like for real come on
Well I went to bring in my ct scan showing I have 3 big kidney stones and gollstones, had my appointment set up for tomorrow. So after they confirmed that this dr takes my insurance I filled out all the paperwork online. Went up there and the lady said that they dont take my insurance ugh
I use to love the stuff at Georgia Urology but when it comes to my child being the one going and the nurse calls to tell me the Dr has to call and it's already been over a week since the ct scan and the Dr still don't call I want answers to what's going on i even called the office manager and she ain't called back I has to take everything to his primary dr today just so I could have answers Monday from her..I so wish there were more urologist that dealt with kids in Georgia
Dr. Shapiro has done an excellent job in taking care of my husband. He is very professional and explains in terms we can understand the procedures and his reasons for doing them.
