I been stuck in appeals 16 months and I have been calling and the only answers I can get is them telling me they are behind 2+ years. When I should haven’t even been in appeals. I am self employed and was also regular employed at the time and was told I qualified for one but not the other vice versa so now idk what else to do.

Have called and sent an email weeks ago. Still, Noone had followed up with me on my case and I have no idea what's going on.. They have got to do better with communicating with applicants.

I have called over and over and got laid off, they don't care about us, they prefer sending our tax dollars, somewhere else, and we the people who they take it from, my first time did an unemployment benefit, I get the hardest time trying to get help, no one ever had got no answers back yet, it's been over four months
