My daughter was in an accident back in July of 2024 and case settled in Sept of 2025 in which I signed for her settlement to be released. Today is March of 2026 and still no updates on her money being released. I’ve been calling and texting like Veronica did my daughter and I and no response. The last response I received was before the holidays in 2025 stating they would be closed for the holidays. I’m starting to think that they have decided to keep her settlement.
