When I called Richard to get the dead tree removed, he seemed friendly on the phone. He claimed that he will do due diligence to protect the surrounding trees from damage. He would rent and use certain tools to prevent this damage. However, when he arrived, he did not have those special tools that he claimed that he had when he first quoted me. He cut the tree down, damaging other trees in the process. He shrugged off the fact that he did any damage to the other trees. He claimed that the damaged tree "will simply grow back"... read more
