Absolute scam! He does what's called "Title Jumping." This guy sold me a car described as "clean- inside and out" and $5,000 in repairs later...STILL NOT CLEAN. Absolute con artist robbing hard working people during a pandemic of their money and livelihood. SHAME ON YOU.
