Nicole has been the best and most helpful throughout this process of purchasing our first hot tub! She has walked us through every step and has answered every question that we have had so far. Very prompt in responding and was on top of everything! The hot tub was delivered seamlessly. We are very happy customers!

Customer service in the store was ex excellent during our purchase! Very patient as we visited several times before making a purchase. Delivery guys went above and beyond to deliver the tub around a new concrete pour!
Mike was very informative and answered all questions, including a lot of technical ones my husband had. Great Labor Day sale with lots of bonuses...so we purchased one. I really appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and NO pressure sales approach. Great choice to shop if you are looking for a new hot tub.
