Our experience was great from the moment we walked into the Newnan location and Nicole walked us through all different types of spas and the features. The ordering/financing was easy and the delivery and installation were handled professionally. Nicole was super helpful after installation and we had no idea how long to expect the initial “heat up” would take. She took time out of her day to help educate me further. This is a great place to shop for spa whether you’re a novice or a long time spa owner.
Mike was great! We started the process months ago with no idea what we wanted. He was very patient and worked with us to understand features and options. We finally pulled the trigger for a purchase and are looking forward to enjoying our new hot tub!
Nicole in the Newnan Location was very helpful and knowledgeable. I gave called her several times on her cell and she goes above and beyond to help me. I had problems getting used to checking chemical etc on the hot tub and she asked Destry the manager of Valet Services to come out and work with me. He was very helpful and very prompt to call and come out. He was willing to answer all my questions.
