I advise that parents and students avoid rental houses managed by Southern Property management services. My opinion is excess and unfounded charges at move out for profit due to students inexperience with challenging excess charges and many college students do not keep a clean residence. My son rented a house with 3 other guys. There were extremely inflated and fabricated charges on their "move out" evaluation for damage and services that never happened.
