I was highly disappointed with the treatment my father received from Dr. Parker. Dr. Parker failed to provide an adequate explanation for the blisters on my father’s arm, which demonstrated he is an incompetent doctor. Furthermore, Dr. Parker walked out of the room in the middle of the of us asking him questions regarding my father’s medical condition. Dr. Parker’s actions clearly showed he lacks in bedside manners and concerned for my father’s health problems. I wouldn’t recommend anyone using Dr. Parker for treatment!
The place is nice and the people are really nice and willing to help! If your looking for a place like this I would recommend you you try them!
Please don’t visit this location if you are not American. Harley or Harlee one of the nurses there demonstrated racist behavior towards my family members for not speaking English as fluently. I left two voicemails with Hr with no luck. Best advice is to stay away.
Following my physician's departure, I contacted the office to inquire about the new physician's specialization in my specific condition. The operator demonstrated a lack of knowledge and a disinterest in assisting me in obtaining this information.
Wish I had found Dr Parker & staff so much sooner. Everyone is so nice but professional! I would definitely recommend this business to everyone ! Thank you
