such an unorganized office, can barely get through to management and whenever they do happen to answer the phone the person I have spoken with was extremely rude and unprofessional. Why is this also the only office that does not have call reminders set up, my sick father never knows when his appointments are!! It is extremely hard for the elderly to remember things like this. Dr Shapiro is a great doctor. I had my yearly appointment and when I showed up to office the building was closed. I tried repeatedly to reach them and their phone was not answered. If they had answered their phone I would have been told they were just across the street. I finally got through an hour later and was told that notices had been sent out. I never received it and was told that was because it had been over a year since I had been there. I checked my calendar and I was there exactly one day short of my appointment. T... read more

Dr Shapiro and MA’s are very nice and welcoming. Front office and billing/referrals are terrible. Left messages and never got a call back, had to drive there to speak to them.

I am very grateful that my oncologist, who moved away, referred me to Dr. Shapiro. (I was also referred to her by my orthopedist, who raved about her.) What a blessing! Dr Shapiro is very thorough. She spoke to me clearly and in detail about the challenges of my individual tumor profile. No one had done that before. Dr Shapiro is knowledgeable about the latest research and methodologies.
