Dr Shapiro and MA’s are very nice and welcoming. Front office and billing/referrals are terrible. Left messages and never got a call back, had to drive there to speak to them.
I am very grateful that my oncologist, who moved away, referred me to Dr. Shapiro. (I was also referred to her by my orthopedist, who raved about her.) What a blessing! Dr Shapiro is very thorough. Dr Shapiro is a VERY knowledgeable Dr, and she is a VERY compassionate Dr.! She has always made time to go out of her way to call you back or see you at her office, even though she is very busy!! She’s an angel on earth!
Dr Shapiro is amazingly attentive and proactive. She listens and doesn’t miss a detail. I’ve had wonderful care here through a couple of illnesses and knew I was in good hands. I highly recommend her
