All in all, they helped me with my selection...a camper for the hunting lease. The sales people are very knowledgeable and helped look for any fix its it needed. I give 5 stars!! After a few weeks and my dog eating all the paper work, they helped me with getting copies emailed back to us, thank you!! I highly recommend.
Bought a Class A Motorhome. Paid in cash. Dealership said Title would be mailed to me within 30 days after purchase. Didn't happen so I called asking what was the deal. They said some issue happened with title and I'd get soon. Still haven't gotten it and reci v d a call with bs info. Now they won't retu n call. I paid $42K in cash and now cannot get a title or anyone to respond. Looks like I will have to take them to court. NEVER buy from these crooks.
I highly recommend Georgia RV Outlet! I called regarding a maintenance issue with my fifth wheel camper that I purchased from an individual. The seller provided no owner’s manual at closing. I called GA RV Outlet desperate for advice. Fortunately I spoke with Mervyn who went above and beyond my expectations. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY RUN AWAY FAST . look at the other unsettled customers . Pulled my credit, told me I was approved, then didn't call me back. They went immediately to their website and Jacked up the price. I called back, they let the "lady" try to let me down easy, stating it had already been reserved, when I watched the price change in real time. Called and spoke to Devon who was extremely helpful. Even spent about 30 minutes on the phone doing a video walk through. Decided to put a deposit down and filled out all the paperwork to do so. After providing our card information for the $1000 deposit, Devon texted to say “I had my technician walk the roof and he found a soft spot on the back left corner and we are going to have to run it through our service department to get it fixed and we aren't going to be able to sell it as of right now as we have to assess the damage... read more
