This purchase had everything to be a great experience. We drove 1.5 hours to get there, found the trailer we wanted, and paid in full on May 23rd. The paperwork they provided stated the title would be processed in 30–45 days and to contact Lindsey, their title clerk, with any questions. On June 25th, I emailed Lindsey — no response.
