Today, I visited this eye care facility, which I've frequented in the past. This was my first appointment with Dr. Ella H. Leung, who was apparently running behind schedule and seemed to be the only doctor on staff at the time. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Leung was disappointing. Absolutely the most UNPROFESSIONAL experience. I will not be coming here. There was no reminder of my appt that was made by another office and Georgia Retina didn’t even reach out themselves to me. Then I get on the phone with someone at the front desk and they can’t get me in for the rest of the year (no problem) so I told her if someone cancels let me know/ she says she’s going to transfer me to someone named Alicia the office manager- she transfers me to someone who is not Alicia, that person transfers me to Alicia who an... read more

When you have eye problems you want a top of the line expert. You don't care what kind of personality the doctor has. Dr. Sharma is the top of the line retina expert with knowledge and experience. If you want to be entertained you need to go elsewhere. Personally, Id rather have knowledge and experience.
