I have had enough and the rest of the reviews are accurate. I have been through 4 different providers since I started. I had an appointment this afternoon at 4 and I waited for half an hour for the person to join before I hung up. I called and talked to a “manager” and she could not have been more useless. They are dealing with mental health and they treat patients terribly.
Run! Do yourself a favor and do not take yourself or a loved one to this place. Taiwo Soluade is not your person, sits behind their computer asking questions and more concerned what’s on her phone than her patient. Thank you, next.
This place is terrible. You sign up for tele medicine and no one shows up. DNP Taiwo Soluade has no showed me 3 times this year. Typical government ran providers. They do not care for there patients. Would give negitave stars if I Could.
