WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I opened this Account (Personal) about 3 months ago. The opening process was simple and Jalessa was amazing. They sold me an extended warranty on my truck loan. When my transmission went out, they would not fix it. I'm out of pocket $6,000 the credit union should check who they are in bed with:(
