I use to love Georgia Power but now I use way less energy but have a higher kWh (during the hike to invest in major companies). I responsibly purchased a fan to save on energy with my thermostat ALWAYS above 85! Also, today I talked to two of the most unprofessional female Georgia Power phone agents.
If we have enough nuclear power plants, to light up the entire state, why is my power bill still over the roof?? I continually, on a monthly basis, receive notices that I maintain one of the most efficient homes in my county and yet I have to struggle to pay the electric bill! Absolutely nothing is done for seniors, but if you've never worked a day in your life and are supported by the tax payers you get a reduction on your bills!
Yes I called and talked to an agent today concerning my power bill named Paul and he was extremely nice to me and made me feel like he cared about the issue I was having with my service. Mr Paul whatever your last name I'm very appreciative for the help you gave me. You need to be commended for the way you talk to your customers and letting them know you are concerned about their problem.
