Power cuts out every time it rains and the bill keeps getting higher and they have no explanation but you're in a monopoly and you can't choose another company.

Lies and more lies that's ga power The pay has you go is a scam because the 25% that is paid towards your deferred balance you really have to put that money back to have a positive balance along with the $5 dollar balance you have to keep Sooooo you never can get your bill down we without oweing something. And if you want a monthly account it's BS with them on that. Where's the Lehep programs where's the customer service person to face to face speak with. Where's the real payment plan.
