No matter how many times I call no one will come fix the lines lights flicker all the time outage when the wind blows but you don’t have a choice in power companies so they just screw us and raise our bill what are we gonna do go without power worst company ever

Greetings Im a new customer. When i tell you its so hard to get someone on the phone as a new customer. Not only that I see why scams are happening with Georgia power .This is current situation. They have allow Ai to do most of there customer service. Had a power outage and when restored half of my house was still without power. After I tried troubleshooting the issue, I called GA Power and requested assistance. Mike Conklin came out and accessed the issue, checked the meter and the breaker and LIT me up! 😁 I’m so very thankful to him for his professionalism, courtesy and a job well done! His work ethic is a testament to His character and His dedication to his craft.
