Charging electricity when it should be free. Ridiculous rate increases!!
Horrible company. Rebate offered. Waiting three months now. No one at ga power says they can help. We have been talking to them 3 months. Sent all necessary paperwork.
Greetings Im a new customer. When i tell you its so hard to get someone on the phone as a new customer. Not only that I see why scams are happening with Georgia power .This is current situation. They have allow Ai to do most of there customer service. As a new customer im already having problems with this company .They also have too many numbers .When you try to report the scammed you are on the phone with Ai .I was told they close at 7 pm by customer service Then when you go to the website it 3.30 . Had a power outage and when restored half of my house was still without power. After I tried troubleshooting the issue, I called GA Power and requested assistance. Mike Conklin came out and accessed the issue, checked the meter and the breaker and LIT me up! 😁 I’m so very thankful to him for his professionalism, courtesy and a job well done! His work ethic is a testament to His character and His dedication to his craft.
