Automated phone system is garbage, when finally able to speak to a human, all 3 that I interacted with were very rude. Zero stars
The worst power company I've ever dealed with. They've been going up so much on monthly power
Meter reads are incorrect, I have a small apartment and my bill comes over $800 a month. Never in my life have I had this problem until 2025. Every month it goes up a couple hundred dollars .
