Ga power is scaming or something because I use the bare minimum of my electrical and my light bill has went up and it literally makes no sense I was using more electricity with my kids being home and and my light bill was less now barely using any my light bill is higher. Someone please explain that
Frankly, their service is just ridiculous. Unfortunately, I have to work through this company and deal with their frustrations as my apartment works through them. I have been trying to get ahold of them to have my questions answered and it has been flat-out impossible. I tried their residential number and the robot greeting is glitched out so it wont tell me what numbers to press to connect with someone. It constantly does this every time you call. I would leave 0 if possible. This is the worst company I have ever used for power. Disgusting how much they charge people
