The most sorry excuse of a company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Update: I spoke to a woman named Lisa, Lisa is absolutely the one person you should deal with. She was amazing, kind and understanding of my frustration. Even though I came off kinda angry and not friendly. Not only did she manage to calm me down but she actually took the time to look into my account. The most sorry excuse of a company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I paid $84 for the week because they FORCED us to do a pay everyday bs plan. Now they’re telling me my accounts in the negative?? I just paid you! (The average everyday is $12 a day and we’re hardly ever home). This will be a lawsuit.
Truly the worst company. Not helpful ever and constantly money hungry.
