Paid online only to have said payment result as pending on 1/23/25. Have never had my payment not acknowledged within 2 minutes... Fortunately since the weather at this point is ridiculous & in freezing degrees (30 - below) it's not processed immediately. I appreciate my service not being cut off at this time but I paid.
Worst customer service of any power provider I have ever delt with. Rude, nasty, and damaged my property and refused to fix it.
needed additional electric installed for out building and Tracy and Ethan did a superior job on the installation. They were very respectful in answering questions I had and left the property in great condition. They should be very proud of their work!
Squirrels chewed my ground wire. They came right out and fixed it.
