I really wish I could get snapping shoals in this area. They only allow you to use your card 10 times a month, and when you go to the store to pay you can only use cash Ga power is a rip off the bills constantly go up I have prepaid and the “usage” per day is a lie I put $20 a day on my lights and it’s impossible to use that much with my family and we are barely home. This company needs to be investigated. The usage on my account says $7 per day so how am I using $20 per day it’s ridiculous
They extort people out there money I jus paid my bill of 134 three days ago and I look on here to pay the remaining 50 and I see it’s a $444 late bill on there when I’ve been paying and they’ve been taking my complete payments
I didn't run my heat for 2 months washed once a week not using any machine at the same time as THEY SAY as an experiment because this bill be insane and it was still over 300 month SO I CALLED do you know The CS Rep literally told me they read the meter every hour and bill you on the hour with themost usage😒🤨😤 If that ain't the biggest S.C.A.M I don't know what is ZEROO 🌟s And if you ask for a payment plan they give you a couple days like 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

My bill jumped from $89 to $321 with GA Power. Our wages aren't increasing, yet our bills keep fluctuating—this is ridiculous.
