If I could give zero stars I would. Whenever the power goes out here. It will be AT LEAST 12 to 24 hours at best before they get it restored. I have lived in Fairburn and Douglasville and a other state and have never gone more than 3 to 4 hours when the power goes out, and this is even during storms! Last night the power went about about 7:00 and there was not storm, wind or rain. As a matter of fact, the sun was shining. 13 hours we finally get power. They never answer the phone due to high call volumes. My power has been out for 3 says due to them not answering the phone for me to make a payment on billmatrix. Also was never informed of a 10 time payment limit for them. ANSWER THE DAMN PHONES
