Had to delete first review to add update due to length limits: 8/20/26-I'm not surprised that someone who would do the job I got on my installation and the poor customer service afterwards would lie, but the owner, Monty, has never talked to me on the phone even close to 20 minutes-for sure not AFTER he got my $15,000! We are so excited to finally have our inground pool finished and ready to enjoy! The process took longer than expected because of weather delays, but Monty and David were great to work with throughout the entire process. They are always kind, helpful, and have worked hard to get everything completed. We are so happy with how our pool turned out and are looking forward to making many wonderful memories and enjoying it for years to come! Thank you to Monty, David, and the Georgia Pools team for all of your hard work!
I am very disappointed to have to write this but I spent over $15,000 with them in 2024 getting a new liner and steps. I was promised that I would receive great customer service long after the sale and that's just not what I have received. The first time I had a couple places where the liner was coming down (free repair) I began messaging them to get it fixed it June. I would be told they were coming but they never came.
