Snobby office staff This is just for the ladies in the office: They were not willing to schedule an appointment for an estimate for a pool renovation. They pre-screened me for spending a minimum of 80K. They insisted my pool deck couldn't be resurfaced without pouring new concrete. Turns out new concrete is unnecessary. They never laid eyes on it but turned their noses up. It's fine if you want to keep your customers "high end" but it could have been handled way more politely. Great people and business! If you're looking for a pool you need to give them a call.
Very shoddy work. Despite expressing concerns during the pool build about areas of collapsed forms and crumbling concrete, they assured us that everything was perfectly normal. NOT! The spa part of pool has a leak that we tried to point out to them prior to completion. Instead of fixing it, they tried to fix it with patchwork. My wife and I didn't end up using Georgia Pools, but I wanted to report that the Ga. Pools representative (Sam Martin) did an excellent job of representing her company. It was clear that she was well versed in her product line and presented herself in a very professional manner.
