I just called the Canton location to request an earlier appointment on the recommendation of my OB due to ongoing bleeding. I’ve been to the hospital and released. OB suggested I also see high risk. Clearly I’m stressed and feeling overwhelmed. The nurse referred me back to my regular OB as they will not see you with active issue. This really is upsetting to pay “high risk” fees including hospital fees simply to be dismissed and turned away when you need reassurance and consultation. I had my first visit this week and it honestly might be one of the best experiences with a practice I’ve ever had. From the front desk, to the nurse, to the ultrasound technician- really every interaction was a 5 star experience. I saw Dr. Schlueter and I thought he was great. He spent a lot of time answering all my questions and I left the visit with so much peace of mind. Definitely recommend!
Be careful - they do not do their own billing and Northside Hospital bills and charges as an outpatient hospital visit. We got a bill for $1800 for ONE ultrasound.
I I had my CVS back on Aug. 18, everybody in that place are super friendly! That's what we need in the medical field, because we will be scared and nervous, specially for CVS, it's not a funny thing to enjoy, the nurse who's helping me she gave me a lot of support and wish me good luck.
