I had my first visit this week and it honestly might be one of the best experiences with a practice I’ve ever had. From the front desk, to the nurse, to the ultrasound technician- really every interaction was a 5 star experience. I saw Dr. Schlueter and I thought he was great. He spent a lot of time answering all my questions and I left the visit with so much peace of mind. Definitely recommend!
Be careful - they do not do their own billing and Northside Hospital bills and charges as an outpatient hospital visit. We got a bill for $1800 for ONE ultrasound.
I I had my CVS back on Aug. 18, everybody in that place are super friendly! That's what we need in the medical field, because we will be scared and nervous, specially for CVS, it's not a funny thing to enjoy, the nurse who's helping me she gave me a lot of support and wish me good luck. I went here today for the first time since I was referred by my OBGYN. I went to the Cherokee location. It is so nice. Every single person I met today had wonderful customer service and very friendly. The location is super clean. I had Packey I believe that is her name who completed my ultrasound. She was absolutely amazing and so sweet. She explained everything so well. She does wonderful at her job! Dr. Turner was so nice when I got to meet her.
