BE CAREFUL, READ YOUR BILL, OFFICE CHARGES FOR PROCEDURES NOT PERFORMED. Really disappointed with this practice. I was sent here by my Emory Dr for a regular ultrasound during pregnancy and later on for my anatomy scan (Emory did not have the equipment and sonographers to complete this I was told)... Primarily, I waited over 35 minutes in the lobby during my first visit- despite being on time and no one else besides the receptionist and a nurse that were chit-chatting away. Front office staff are the most unfriendly people I’ve ever met. The ultrasound techs are hit or miss. I’ve only had one that was really nice. Overall the staff makes the experience poor. Absolutely no love or passion for any of their jobs.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Carla E. Ransom M. at Georgia Perinatal Consultants in Cumming, GA. From the very beginning, the level of professionalism was far below expectations. She showed little empathy or concern during interactions, which is especially troubling given the sensitive nature of the services provided at this office. 10/10 for Dr Ransom. She has literally saved my babies life! Without her, we wouldn’t have been able to make it to having a baby after several miscarriages and stillbirth. We are so blessed and grateful for having the best doctor! Thank you for all you do. You’re an angel!
