Incredible customer service! I mean - INCREDIBLE. Last year I ordered two pecan trees for our home in Charleston SC. They arrived at the anticipated time and seemed fine. My husband and I planted them within a few days of arrival according to the instructions, but alas, winter turned into spring and spring turned into early summer and they hadn't leafed out yet.
