Very honest staff. Would highly recommend this place.
My 84 year old mother got into a car wreck. Her fault. Her insurance sent an appraiser to give her a quote and they sent a check to her. We made an appointment to get an estimate from Georgia Paint and Body. Brian was ready to see us when we walked in, even though we arrived early. He was very honest and said he was 99% certain there would be more damage found when they took the front end off but they would deal with the insurance company. Bryanna, Michael, and the team are amazing! They replaced a side view mirror on my car and the work was impeccable. It truly looks like new! They also helped me trouble shoot another issue I was having, without hesitation - always ready to help the customer! They go above and beyond in their service and their family values shine through. This is where you want to do business! It’s A+ every time!!!
I had a really great experience here!! The staff is very friendly and professional, and they did an excellent job assessing the damage to my car, giving me several quotes with different options, and then accomplishing the repair quickly. They were very transparent and communicative throughout the process, and I will definitely be a repeat customer if my car needs more repairs.
