Jen is a wonderful nurse. Very thorough and personable. She took the time to listen to my issues, long winded as they may be, and never made me feel rushed. She’s quick with a smile that sets you at ease in an environment that can sometimes be stressful. It’s a welcome change from many of my experiences in the medical world that sometimes makes you feel like cattle being pushed through as quickly as possible. I saw him for less than 10 minutes told me to get over told me to get a MRI because he thinks I have a pinched nerve in my lower back. I was born with cerebral palsy as people with my condition get older we develop secondary effects and with mine, it’s my nerves flaring up and muscle spasms, and the tightness from my lower back all the way through to my feet and I told the woman at the desk I would not be coming back
Dr. Ellnor and his staff are very racist. If you are African American BEWARE. They refuse to help you unless you want to spend hundreds of dollars on an injection you may not even need. They are money hungry. He also doesn't listen to your concerns or even help with your pain. His office visit was 5 minutes and he doesn't even talk, you would think he was a mute. They think everyone especially African Americans are addicts. The front desk lady Kim is extremely rude and tries to speak on behalf of Dr. Ellnor. Which she knows ... read more
Dr. Ellner has kept me moving for a lot of years. He and his staff are caring and responsive. I could not imagine where I would be if I was not a patient. After 26 ortho surgeries, I can tell you that he is amazing.
I went in in extreme pain and after 1 treatment was pain free for about 4 months. Just had a second treatment after pain returned and now I’m pain free again. It takes weeks to get an appointment for the procedure that’s the only reason for the 4 stars otherwise they are 5!
