We are a full-time pain management clinic that has been dedicated to providing care for patients in LaGrange as well as the surrounding counties since 2010. Our mission is to restore each individual to their original lifestyle prior to the onset of pain and continue to manage or even eliminate it. We do just that by enforcing active, progressive approaches to pain management; offering numerous minimally-invasive procedures, counseling and educating our patients on how to continue to manage their pain.

I was skeptical at first . But I'm soooooo glad to be a patient of Dr. Sandlin . He listens and understands . He's a doctor that takes his patients seriously , and is thorough and detailed with an awesome bedside manners . I recommend Georgia Pain and Spine Care to anyone !
I just had my monthly telemedicine appointment with one of the pa’s. I am very upset because he keeps telling me my drug screens are showing alcohol in the them. I have not had a sip of alcohol in a very long time. I had had to go every month for the past 4 months to retake test and it keeps coming back positive for alcohol according to the Pa. This has happened 3 actual times showing positive, one time I went he informs me on day of my appointment that they spilled my urine and it was the one time I was able to actually fil... read more
I have been seeing Dr Sandlin now about 1 1/2 yrs. He is always willing to listen to my issues I'm having and addresses them. I have no problem referring him to anyone that has chronic pain. Mine is from an injury that is not able to be fixed but I can lead a close to normal lifestyle.
This place was amazing when Dr Brownslow was seeing patient but now some of the staff (pa) and Doc . Don’t care
