Terrible place, unloading takes forever.
I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this place was so slow. I arrived at 4:15PM. We waited so long, that the truck in front of me gave up and left. At 7:15PM....still waiting. Why does it take them so long to unload 1 trailer? I don't know about day shift....but after hours...you wait in line for your turn....then put your paperwork in the back of the trailer. Then back on the door. When the light turns green...pull off...your paperwork is in the back. You can leave. But be prepared to wait forever.
This has to be the absolute worst place I’ve had to deliver to. Instead of it being a drop and hook as it has been the last 20 times I’ve been here, today was a live unload and let me tell you😫 I’ve been here going on 4 hours and 10 minutes. Had only one truck in front of me and it took the so long to unload him that I fell asleep and woke to only see that he was still getting unloaded.
