7 hours to load a trailer. No respect for drivers hours of work. I got late for the delivery of the freight because they waisted all my hours, and basically I lost my next load. It’s costing me about $1500 because of their incompetence. In this economy it’s criminal behavior. Shame on them, but shame on me to for taking a load from such an irresponsible and incompetent shipper .
Do not be in a hurry... it took them 5 hours to load me... I was the only live load in the yard. Friendly people but extremely slow.
We had a great experience out there. There are large parking spaces for trailers, which made everything very easy, spacious, and convenient. Both drop-off and pick-up were quick and smooth, with no stress at all.
