Went to a follow up appointment today. Waited about an hour in the room before the nurse came in to talk with me. She asked me questions, then said that she needed to check out my chart. Thought she would have done that before coming in to see me. She left and did not come back for another 15 minutes. I did not see the doctor, but I guess she talked with him. Professional. Just wish doctors would talk with patients more than just hi and bye.
The staff are very nice and professional. I love the fact they have there on Physical Therapy in office. I would recommend Dr. Gay to anyone who wants a great Orthopedic Surgeon.
Amazing staff! Dr. Gay was superb! My needs were met and everyone worked well together. The receptionist were friendly and check in was quick and easy! Looking forward for my next appointment.
