I brought my son here October 2024 and have been getting the run around since. There was lack of communication and updates provided regarding the status of my claim through my son’s insurance. Supposedly, there were two issues: Medicaid switched their system, and the X-rays they requested from Orthodonic Studio were incomplete. They requested for the photos to be sent again but they never were. My insurance eventually sent me a denial for treatment because of the incomplete pictures. I'm so happy that I had two bad experiences at two other Orthodontics. If I didn't I would have never made it here, the staff and the doctor were amazing. I had the best experience here from Simply signing the paperwork to getting my braces on all in one day. No hidden fees you get a genuine walk through. I recommend this place 100% the down payment the monthly cost and the total amount are the most reasonable on the east side
Dr Duval is the greatest and has my teeth looking amazing!
I’m so glad to see all the wonderful reviews about this office but unfortunately I did mot have a positive experience with this office/location. First red flag, we were given an appointment for December 2024. Upon calling a week before the scheduled appointment I discovered that he was never put on the schedule. We then had to take an appointment for January 2025. I have enjoyed my experience for the last couple of years. Ms. Lisa always takes great care of me every visit. She’s always so patience and listens to my concerns. She’s also super efficient, preventing me from having any mishaps in between visits.
