After reading some of the one star reviews, I feel like I need to add some good news here. I needed one tooth extracted. I had a very good experience with the person who booked my appointment. And the people working in the office on the day I arrived. The doctor and the team who did the extraction were great. I did have a question over the weekend and was surprised when the doctor answered the phone directly. He said all was good and I went on my way. I am honestly kicking myself for not reading more reviews before getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted here. At first the experience was fine, but immediately after surgery, I was in significantly more pain than expected and for way longer than I was prepared for. I also had issues taking the prescribed antibiotics as they were making me extremely sick. After over 1000 dollars, 25 calls, 10+ voicemails, and 5 messages to their office after my surgery you’d think someone would get back to me…but not once did anyone check... read more
I just got my teeth, pulled out of my head, but I can’t get a hold of anybody at the Front Desk mind you I’ve been calling since I left
This place has owed me money for more than 5 months and no one will return my calls. Don’t bother leaving a voicemail for their billing dept.—no one actually works there, it’s just one lady, Passion, who has no idea what she’s doing given the way she gave me the runaround on the phone. Besides that, this place has a veneer of faux professionalism but in a way done by extremely tasteless people. They have hung pictures in their offices that are AI-generated garbage and half of them still have watermarks. Half the rooms look u... read more
I got all four of my wisdoms teeth removed here a couple days ago - I have a severe fear of needles, and the nurses and the doctor were so incredibly patient, kind, and professional! I was able to successfully have my procedure, with very minimal pain even 2 days later! Thank y’all for your patience and kindness, it really meant a lot
