I am kicking myself for not reading their reviews before being seen at this office. They bill for services not rendered, collect duplicate payment from insurance and refuse to refund upfront payment made by patient, and will simply ignore all communication on the matter. Very poor ethics and suspicious billing practices that are apparently habitual. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Bagheri at Georgia Oral and Facial Surgery in Alpharetta, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Bagheri was very personable, and the procedure was quick and efficient. I want to especially recognize Passion for her outstanding patient care—when I felt lightheaded after surgery, she took great care of me and even followed up with a call that evening to check on how I was doing. If I could give 0 stars I would very rude non helpful pain medication did not work I called for days to get something else they basically told me it was nothing they could do for me got smart on the phone very unprofessional pls go somewhere else this office sucks !! They didn’t even give me aftercare instructions
I just had an appointment for a consultation to take my wisdom teeth out. I waited 3 hours just for him to see me for 5 minutes. No apology no nothing for the time that they have wasted. The management was very poor. I would not recommend him to anyone.
I was very pleased with my experience in having a tooth extraction done by Dr. Bagheri. Not only that, his staff are excellent and responsive to work with. Highly recommended.
