God awful service and staff on the phone and in the office at their cumming location. They act like they have absolutely no time to help you even if they aren’t helping someone else at all or if you’re placing an order. Unfortunately they carry some brands of brick other yards can’t carry but it’s a waste of time trying to use them.
I had a concerning encounter with one of the drivers. The driver was waiting near the entrance to the parking lot I was entering, leaving enough space to avoid blocking the way (which I appreciate). However, despite me signaling with my turn light from the alley to indicate I was entering, the driver seemed completely unaware or indifferent.
