Awful customer service. Lady told me after I was referred my doctor to them that they do not accept any work related injuries after she was rude then entire time. Asked me why I was even going there in the first place and you could hear her sighing every time I would answer a question. After seeing other reviews I’m glad she was rude and will not be using them. What a complete joke of a women to work at a doctors office and be as rude as she is. But apparently the doctors are the same way no shock there.
What kind of Dr is this to have a license with all theses bad reviews. This Dr clearly needs to be reviewed
He literally laughed at me when I told him why I was there. He asked me a question and I was trying to answer but he interrupted me saying, “it’s a yes or no question”. I had to answer/explain multiple times, I’m not sure he was even listening. At the conclusion of my appointment, he stated, “I will see you in 6 months just to see you”. If you value patient care and your well being, go somewhere else.
Georgia Neurology gets five stars from me. Dr. Rahman is very thorough with me when I go in for an appointment or a test. He has provided a very helpful treatment plan for my issues. The office staff is also very kind as is Dr. Rahman. I would recommend them to anyone needing care.
The receptionist are so rude it unimaginable. Also doctor Rahman make jokes about patients in their face and behind their back. Worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone very unprofessional. Also the worst doctor doctor I ever seen. He’s not compassionate and understanding like a doctor should be. Just horrible.
