Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The cabin itself was immaculate and clearly very well maintained. We stayed in the Mountain Majesty, and everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The views were truly breathtaking, and one of our favorite parts of the trip was waking up early each morning to watch the sunrise spill over the mountain tops. Absolutely beautiful cabin! We stayed in Gretel’s Haus. We decided to come a day early and had planned on staying in a hotel. One phone call and we discovered the cabin was ready and available and they allowed us to stay that night! This is our 5th trip to Helen. We LOVE this town. This will now be ‘our’ cabin when we come down! Cozy, clean, private. Great communication from the office! They even called to check on us the second day to make sure everything was ok!
