Good evening readers...I want to start by saying that we are not trying to deter you from doing business with this company, but we do want to share our experience... We called to make our reservation, coming in on Friday and checking out on Sunday (our 15th wedding anniversary). When we called, unlike many cabin rental companies they were quick to get the full amount up front in full, as opposed to a deposit then the remainder closer to check-in... We stayed in Helen Georgia this past week and enjoyed our stay so much! We stayed in Bear Cub 1 & our cabin was in a peaceful, beautiful location but still very close to town! Perfect! The jacuzzi tub was such a welcome relief at the end of a long day of walking around town. This is a great stay & I highly recommend it!
Cabin property was clean and provided amenities as advertised. Hosts were VERY friendly. Really had a great time.
It was wonderful all around perfect location and the cabin was warm and cozy felt like home
We had a great stay in Helen, GA and wanted to share our appreciation to Sherry for helping us while we were there. She was very responsive and helped creatively solve a hiccup we had on our trip and we were so grateful! Every other member of staff we interacted with before, during, and upon leaving was top notch. Highly recommend booking your stay through Georgia Mountain Rentals for a great experience!
