Georgia Mountain Dermatology has been fanstatic in dealing with my issues. The PA and Doctor were both very personable, understanding and caring. They talked through my issues and explained things well. The receptionist has been extremely nice and accomodating. I highly recommend Georgia Mountain Dermatology.
Just had my first experience here this morning. Rachel was great and made me feel at ease.She told me exactly what my concerns were and how to take care of them. I was also able to meet Dr Faulk, who was a very nice and congenial man.
I went to Georgia Mountain Dermatology for the first time today. The facilities were clean, the staff was polite, but I was so very shocked to see the sign that said that they do not accept anything from “Obamacare” insurance…not the Affordable Care Act marketplace. I would expect a professional medical facility to refer to the insurance marketplace by its legal name. I have a lot of friends and family that get their insurance through the ACA marketplace and I just can’t see recommending a practice that excludes them. Busine... read more
Dr Faulk and his staff are excellent. My wife and I have used him and his PAs since 2009. Couldn’t be happier.
Front desk very friendly. Nurses do not introduce themselves and call patients by last name. I expect more in terms of positive patient experience. Please work on improving the customer experience. It’s the free things that make a difference.
