Very nice and friendly staff.
Posting my experience with a hair loss diagnosis and cost. I have BCBS insurance plan where I have to meet my deductible first. All of my costs were out of pocket: Initial visit- $170.00 Punch biopsy $286.00 Read biopsy- $100.00 Second office visit $215.00 I also spent $115.00 on bloodwork, which was done at a different health center. My bloodwork results were sent to the dermatologist. Not happy with my experience. As past reviews say and I can agree with, my experience was rushed. Acne is something I am self conscious about and the fact that my appointment was less than 10 minutes long and paperwork took 20+ minutes; I can’t justify coming back to this office. I couldn’t speak about my acne or experience with it without being talked over or having what I said ignored. I left feeling extremely embarrassed and unheard. Unprofessional and not kind.
