Dr Faulk and his staff are excellent. My wife and I have used him and his PAs since 2009. Couldn’t be happier.
Front desk very friendly. Nurses do not introduce themselves and call patients by last name. I expect more in terms of positive patient experience. Please work on improving the customer experience. It’s the free things that make a difference.
It breaks my heart to read some of these reviews. The people in this office are some of the most caring people I have ever met. First off let me brag on about Rachel Stevens PA. In April I had a severe reaction to an antibiotic prescribed after minor eye surgery. I ended up in the burn unit at Wellstar Austell, GA. The only reason I was released after two weeks is because Rachael agreed to treat me as an outpatient. I saw her first thing the day after being discharged. Visited this dermatology office, more specifically, Dr. Erica Weddington, for treatment of my eczema. Waited 45 minutes to be seen, only for the appointment to last 10 minutes, consisting of a general run down of treatment options, with Dr. Weddington recommending the most expensive ones of course. I settled with Opzelura Cream ($2,000+) after being suggested Dupixent ($4,000+) and Rinvoq. ($8,000+) Although I don’t think my eczema is severe enough to rationalize such potent treatments.
