This place is the BEST. Polite, professional and so caring
We have had nothing but positive experiences with Jessica and Erica, PAs, and Dr. Faulk. My entire family goes to this office and has for years. I am high risk for skin cancer and the staff always remembers that. I've had multiple in-office procedures, ranging from small to significant, that were done with compassion, precision, and explanation. I am thankful for this office and how they care for my family.
This was one of the most disappointing medical experiences I’ve ever had. I contacted Georgia Mountain Dermatology in Jasper. When I got there I ask about private pay vs. insurance and was told I had to use my insurance — mistake number one, because it ended up costing me much more. I was billed for what was listed as a 45-minute new-patient visit with the doctor, but I never saw the doctor at all. Georgia Mountain Dermatology has been fanstatic in dealing with my issues. The PA and Doctor were both very personable, understanding and caring. They talked through my issues and explained things well. The receptionist has been extremely nice and accomodating. I highly recommend Georgia Mountain Dermatology.
Just had my first experience here this morning. Rachel was great and made me feel at ease.She told me exactly what my concerns were and how to take care of them. I was also able to meet Dr Faulk, who was a very nice and congenial man.
