Dr. Eric is the best. As well as all other Dr's in the building.
I had good experiences with GMTC the first 2 course of knee treatments. However, on attempting to schedule a third, I've been required to get a referral which my insurance has never needed and have been out on eternal hold when I call. Seems to have gone downhill, the front office staff aren't very professional.
Dr Eric is the absolute best and has the best staff. I truly feel like not only Eric but the entire staff cares not only about getting you pain free but cares about you personally which is the most important. I love that they have built this business with gods love and they continue to spread it every day. I have been going here for years now and will never go to anyone else.
I have never been to a Better Doctor are any better medical group then this one I have a long drive but I feel that my health is worth it. I feel that I am getting the best of care ever for my knees and back Ect..This is the best clinic this clinic is Based on God and Love. I love all of the workers they make me feel special more like family.Thank you Jesus for sending me to this wonderful group of people and The best Doctor ever. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!
First appointment went well, Doc Shelton actually seemed to care and was a great help. When i showed up for my follow-up the next month, i sat in the waiting area for nearly an hour before finding out that Shelton had already left, leaving some random guy to tell me that he wouldn't treat me because of the cause/location of my pain-- something that could have been brought up at my first appointment, the MONTH leading up to my second, or taking five minutes to face me instead of sneaking out like a coward.
