Geo Med-Care/ Rotech 2023 - Since April 2023 CPAP Prescription. Went Unfilled. Got run around from Marietta GA Office, Villa Rica Office, then Rotech Manager. I understand Rotech took over Geo Med. Today I Care, Douglasville GA Office now closed. No better Service since Rotech picked up.

Horrible company! They have not serviced my Dad’s oxygen machine in 6 years. I’ve called 20+ times, left messages and they’ve told me a few times they would show up, but never do. It doesn’t stop them from billing my Dad and his insurance company! They blame Covid, but they were horrible before Covid. I’m reporting them to The Medicare Commission and Better Business Bureau…Do Not Use This Company!
Just horrible!! It doesn't deserve any stars at all! This is my 2nd time attempting to utilize this business within a 2 year period and on both occassions the service has been absolutley awful!!! They lose the doctor's orders and do not return phone calls. When I was finally able to reach someone after calling and leaving 3 messages, I was told the supplies were on back order and they had no idea when they would be in. I would not recommend any person or doctors office use this company.
I would give a zero star rating but that's not an options. This place has the worst customer service and they have no care or compassion for the patients that they serve
