Dr. McClendon is a thoughtful and thorough doctor who invests time and effort in her patient care. I highly recommend her.
Dr. McClendon was efficient, with great bedside manner. although I waited a bit to be seen, she showed appreciation for my time. Facilities are new, and had wonderful office staff. Will definitely refer my family to be seen by her!
I would highly encourage folks to stay away from this doctor. After doing some blood work, I had a few questions/concerns. This doctor was highly dismissive; you will have to push strongly and advocate for yourself if you are her patient. Additionally, this doctor is extremely unresponsive on MyChart. Over multiple instances, I have reached out to ask questions, follow up to check in on my requests, and even calling the practice requesting them to notify the doctor I had reached out on MyChart, and to please respond.
