Derek is a wonderful and honest plumber. I contacted Derek on a Monday evening and he was at our house the next morning. We had a leaking garbage disposal, my husband and I decided to get rid of the disposal and go back to a regular drain. Derek did a great job and cleaned up completely. He also asked if we knew where our water shut off valves were, he checked our water heater for a date and went over where the shutoff valves were located. Thank you Derek for the wonderful job and an affordable job.

I contacted Derek at approximately 1830 hrs on a Friday and advised him of that I had a leak under my kitchen sink and that my hot water pressure was weak and I had attempted to fix the problem myself but in the process of after attempting to remove the hot water valve underneath the kitchen sink my valve started to leak even after I had shut off the water main to my house. Derek and team are such a pleasure to work with. After being no-called/no-showed by another local company, I was recommended to Derek. Not only was I able to speak with him that same day, he came out and gave me a VERY reasonable quote for installing a sub-pump in our basement.
