I was hung up on by Reception this morning during a mental health crisis. That's all I'll say for now.
I had a terrible experience at St Albans Notch - what a difference to come here. Checkin with Sharon, she made me feel like a patient not a bother - happy to be here 😀 staff is kind and professional !

Brought grandson ,they didn't even check vitals just said it was a virus and take Tylenol and fluids. Was seen by reg Dr next day and he has severe pneumonia and if we had wanted a couple of days he would have been in hospital. I understand they are busy but at least listen to the lungs
