Bait you with low prices and false promises, after 2 months they magically decided my defensive driving courses don’t qualify, and a accident that happened a year ago was apparently a surprise to them after signing the policy. I assure you they knew. Edit: They reached back out and apologized, however was informed they cannot in fact make the situation right. Thanks anyway Casey.

Their prices for auto insurance weren’t even remotely competitive… then they tried pitching me a bundled life insurance policy which apparently “required” a face to face meeting down at their office, absolutely ridiculous! Especially when companies like Progressive offer the EXACT SAME coverage for one third the price!
Long story short I’ve been with this company for close to 20 years. Never had a single auto claim. Last year I was forced to pay a full 6month premium on a car that was totaled (not at fault) and that we didn’t even have any more because “that’s the way it’s billed.” After several attempts to have the car removed from my insurance and repeated failures on multiple people in the office to complete the task requested, I am still waiting almost 8 months later to be refunded the premium I was forced to pay for a car I no longer ... read more
