One of the agents named Darryl gave me a very good auto insurance quote over the phone and I chose them for service and became a member. All the people in the office were very friendly and professional.
Things have been rough for this company since 2005. Would highly advise not using them for anything. I am not a customer but a contractor that filed a claim with a customer of mine through this insurance company. Adjuster had absolutely no regard for me or my expertise as an actual roofer, after customer gave authorization for me to work the claim.
