I purchased car insurance with them in March this year (2024) and I decided to make monthly payments instead of full payment. But now, for my surprise I am been charged $5 extra every month for a service fee (because of the monthly payment option) that was never mentioned before, not even in the quote that I received from them that specifically shows the price for monthly payments.
