Service great staff professional being seen in a great timely manner
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Find another eye clinic!! The service is terrible, they act like they don’t want to be there, they always have a snarky attitude, and they always mess something up. I’ve visited multiple times and never have I ever come out satisfied with their care!
I visited the Glennville location and was extremely disappointed. I didn't like traveling to Savannah for our appointments due to traffic. So I figured Glennville being a small town I really thought the people would be friendly. On way there I was caught behind a school bus and was worried about running late. I tried calling 4 times and never got an answer. So of course I figured they were busy. When we arrived on time the receptionist was very dry and rude. We do have wellcare but it's still insurance.
