Worst Landlord and company to do business with. Your expected to pay rent on time each month (obviously more than the home is worth) and AC was broken for 3 months before they replaced it, I'm on the 3rd dishwasher is 6 months, and the still haven't hooked it up after discovering the line was broke 3 weeks ago. My tub has been leaking every since we moved in and they have sent someone out 3 times, the list just goes on and on....but I was told I have to pay 3 months rent to break my lease. NOT RECOMMENDED
