I paid $32 for a state ID card on September 4 and never got a card !!!!!!!!!!

went to Macon location of Ga Dept. of Driver Services ...... no one there. A government agency CLOSED on a normal weekday. What is wrong with this picture ?? Aren't they smart enuff to be able to figure out how to schedule employees so they can cover Monday thru Friday and a Saturday ?? regular business(s) do !!
In and out in about 15 minutes in Macon, GA. The lady at desk #10 was not overly pleasant or friendly, but hey, today is her Monday! The experience was not at all unpleasant. She was efficient and quick.
I wish I could give this place no stars. Wasted my time and gas for nothing
